Maker’s Market

The Wellfleet Oyster Alliance (WOA) proudly sponsors the Wellfleet Makers Market (WMM), a vibrant Arts and Crafts Fair. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Mayo Beach, this market is presented every Thursday from late June through August. WMM provides a vital opportunity for local artisans to share their creations with our seasonal guests. Quickly becoming a well known staple for artisans and shoppers alike, the WMM is a celebration of art inspired by our unique environment.

WOA is dedicated to strengthening the community through day to day actions and targeted events focused on shellfishing - but always with an eye to the arts. The sponsorship of the WMM is consistent with WOA’s history of elevating local artisans. This long-standing commitment is demonstrated through other established programs, including OysterFest, the Arts & Oyster Crawl, Public Art Installations, and other initiatives.

Maker’s Market will run from June 25th to August 27, 2026, from 9 AM - 3:30 PM, at Mayo Beach.

Rain or Shine. Severe weather will postpone the Market to Friday.

3rd Annual Restaurant Shell recycle kick off

Join us at Pearl Wellfleet to kick-off the Restaurant Shell Recycling season!

This is an opportunity to celebrate our 5th year of shell collection on the Outer Cape. Over 107 tons of shell have been recaptrued from local restaurants and returned to Wellfleet Harbor to contribute to the health of the harbor and support the growth of our abundant oyster populations.

You can hear about the program and the immense impact our restaurant partners have on the community, mingle with WOA and MOP, eat oysters, sip a beverage, buy some merch and take a chance at winning the raffle!

The celebration starts at 4PM. There will be a Raw Bar and Raffle where all proceeds directly benefit the shell program.

Lava Bomb (formerly Slant4) will be hitting the stage from 5:30 - 7:30 playing what might become your favorite music!

If you RSVP by May 1, you will get a FREE drink on us.
