The Wellfleet Oyster Alliance, in partnership with Mass Oyster, invites you to join us for a celebration kicking off the 2026 restaurant shell recycling program on May 6th from 4:00–7:30 PM at the Pearl in Wellfleet. Since 2021, with the help of volunteers, partners, and staff, we’ve recaptured over 107 tons of shell, transforming what was once waste into a vital resource that enhances oyster habitat and supports the long-term health of Wellfleet Harbor.

This event brings together the restaurants, growers, and community members who make this work possible. We’ll also hold a raffle featuring generous contributions from restaurant partners and local businesses to help sustain the program. A healthy harbor supports the entire community and this program is a direct investment in that future. We hope you’ll join us.
